Serving You
Courtesy Cars - If you need a car during the day we'll be happy to provide one for you. All you have to do is request it when you book your service (you must be covered on your own insurance policy).
Collect & Delivery Service - If you don't need your car during the day, and if you live within 10 miles of the service centre, we can send someone to pick up your car and deliver it back afterwards.
Waiting Facilities - If you want to - or have to - wait at the service centre, you'll find plenty of amenities to keep you occupied. We have a television and daily newspapers, a play area for younger children, a telephone/fax point, and tea and coffee available.
Quality Assurance - We pride ourselves on giving you the best value for money possible, therefore:
- We always use only genuine Citroën parts (on Citroën vehicles).
- Price every operation separately and completely, so that there are no hidden costs.
- Have Ian, our tester, take every car for a full test drive, to make sure there are no hidden flaws in the car.
- Telephone a random sampling of customers, to make sure there are no hidden flaws in our service.
- Put a 3 month or 3000 miles warranty on all our work.
All of which has recently earned us ISO 9000 accreditation underlining our commitment to quality.
